Earlier in the year READ to RISE visited Caradale Primary School in Rocklands and gave each Grade 2 learner their own copy of Oaky and the Sun to take home.

 

On 30 July, we returned to the school with the help of our amazing sponsor RMB Private Bank who sponsored 4 Mini-Libraries for the four Grade 2 classes - each stocked with 50 new, age appropriate story books (covered in plastic by our wonderful volunteers).  Thank you RMB Private Bank! The children were excited to receive their new books.
